Certification & Compliance
Every fitout we complete needs to meet statutory requirements for a Certificate of Classification (CoC). We work closely with our certifier to ensure your project complies with all relevant requirements.

How We Deliver
Concept to Trade, Step by Step
Six stages take every Concept project from first idea to handover — the highlighted stage is where we manage your compliance and certification.
Ideas & Scope
- Explore concepts for your project
- Investigate feasibility of the project
Design & Due Diligence
- Refine the concept, plan the flow of the space & finalise drawings
- Prepare and submit tender applications and construction costings
- Coordinate with planners, architects & consultants around your Development Application (DA)
- Investigate service connections to the development
Consultation
- Manage architects, consultants, engineers, trades and other involved parties
- Notify Council and manage all required inspections
- Manage questions and queries from contractors throughout the tender period
Construction & Shopfitting
- Move into the Project Management role as construction begins
- Manage all queries from the client
- Make selections for PCs and finishes
- Monitor time, cost and quality, reporting monthly against the original program and budget
- Manage consultants, engineers, designers, trades, certifiers and construction reporting
Compliance & Certification
- Manage all required certificates and liaise with the PCA to obtain your Occupation Certificate (OC)
- Coordinate services authority requirements and clearance certificates
- Liaise with the certifier, Council and service authorities regarding service installations
- Manage practical completion and defects processes
